Management is worst, the reason I was working there was financial needs. There is no appraisal no increment in salary. For leaves also you have to please to your senior and anytime they will cancel it.

Nothing apart from working with my office friends and work place is close to home

Dislikes

No salary increment for tenured employees, Promotions are Predetermined if you know what I mean, no bonuses, no transport facility, lastly management is poor
