Learning is good at this place. If you are a fresher everything else is worst.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work pressure, extended working hours, low salary, work on weekends, difficult leave approvals, poorest management, undefined salary deductions, salary compared to actual package is very low, no overtime compensation. Overall not a good place to join expect if you are struggling finding a job elsewhere. Google reviews are all fake which are forcefully posted by the new comers.

Dislikes

Saturday working sometimes -- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time is crucial, and sometimes, working on Saturdays can be necessary, especially when onboarding new team members. It's important to invest time in helping newcomers understand our processes and workflows, as it ultimately contributes to the efficiency and success of our projects.
