I would like to share my candid observations from my time at codingal. It is important for potential job seekers to be aware of certain concerns that could impact their work-life balance and overall well-being. It is essential to note that the CEO's leadership style leaned towards an intense focus on financial gains without much consideration for employee welfare. During my tenure, I observed that the company's management did not prioritize work-life balance, often expecting employees to be available around the clock for work and communication. This approach could lead to challenges in maintaining personal life commitments and potentially affect employee health and well-being over time. Moreover, the company's policy on unpaid leaves was restrictive, making it difficult for employees to take time off when needed. This aspect raised concerns regarding the organization's commitment to the overall welfare of its workforce. In cases where employees expressed dissent or differing viewpoints, I noticed a lack of openness to constructive feedback. Instead, the company resorted to forcing such employees to resign, which may not align with a nurturing and growth-oriented work environment. To potential job seekers considering this company, I encourage you to carefully weigh the pros and cons. While the company offered competitive remuneration for the hard work expected, it is crucial to find a workplace that values work-life balance, employee well-being, and provides a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. A perfect work-life balance. Flexibility in job and I would highly recommend it to mothers and house wives who are good in coding but due to family responsibilities and location issues left the jobs and wants to start their career again

Dislikes

Not very much satisfied with the salary. It could be increase a bit. Otherwise overall this is the best place to work. I m really enjoying my work.
