Work life balance is good. But its not so good for mid level account managers.

Dislikes

Its just about numbers and no credits for the efforts. If you win deal with hook and crook they are happy. But no help and support if you are new. Project manager is always shouts and don't know how to behave. They want money machine ppl/robots only Growth prospective is also less

This is a genuine review: one of the worst organizations with a toxic sales pressure environment. Initially, it used to be good, but with changes in B2C sales management, the work culture has turned toxic, filled with shouting and unnecessary pressure.
