There is a good training on softskills even though iam a developer and new to training .I got trained in CTMS on soft skills and training skills and then I was requested to take sessions .Good learning and Guidance from CTMS on expectations from different people like IT , Non IT, Students, Working professionals how to handle them etc. A very good learning experience with very good facilities like writing pad, TV, good remunerations with incentives, free snacks during the sessions. Very high professionalism .The targets are very realistic and very good Training before start of the work.A very good learning experience . The environment is very cool and highly professional . Very flexible in terms of timings and working hours. Salary credit on time .
