Just blame game. Nobody understands what Manager means this company is full of idiotic bosses without a sense how system works. Treats you like you should be fortunate of this opportunity but nothing is fortunate. Idiotic bossy behaviour. No support from anyone. You can't trust the HR. HR is a puppet of the Managers.
