Directors, Only a few are truly dedicated, pushing their team to work tirelessly without engaging in office politics. However, one director indulges in political maneuvers, ensuring his Sr manager and team have an easy ride while leaving others to struggle. Sr Managers are adept at playing politics to evade work for their own team while pressuring others. All cross-functional teams face challenges due to their rude behavior and lack of responsiveness. Sr Manager pressuring high-performing individuals from another team to leave organization through humiliating and blunt feedback. Several have departed due to this behavior.
