It's totally new organisation. Thare is no work life balance because six day working and every Monday review so maintain review report on Sunday. no HR policy all things depends on boss and only one boss Retail Business Head he directly coordinating with DSE, TL, Manager and all. Fake manager profile not Single person working in under managers. Manager working like DSE.
