Very low/Zero standards in 1. Company culture- different for onshore teams (US, UK, Switzerland) and different for low cost countries like India, Poland, Romania 2. HR Policies- again regional differences with zero care for low cost countries 3. Work profile- Completely operational work, job profile shared was completely different 4. Professionalism- Completely submissive to client without even due review and push back. Even to the extent of being unprofessional on employees Very high attrition rates, zero actions on feedbacks provided, management has interest only to earn profits out of employees and gives absolutely no importance to employee welfare...Read More

Dislikes

HR policy is the worst that I have ever seen. No promotions and appraisals are very low. once here cannot expect a salary correction for the next 3 years as no one wants to increase salary.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
