...y is the worst that I have ever seen. No promotions and appraisals are very low. once here cannot expect a salary correction for the next 3 years as no one wants to increase salary.

... emerging firm and thus gives you an organisation visibility and responsibility. They pay well compared to market.

Being a small firm we loose on many benifits that big organisations provide and office space is small thus comprising on facility benifits.

Very low/Zero standards in 1. Company culture- different for onshore teams (US, UK, Switzerland) and different for low cost countries like India, Poland, Romania 2. HR Policies- again regional differences with zero care for low cost countries 3. Work profile- Completely operational work, job profile shared was completely different 4. Professionalism- Completely submissive to client without even due review and push back. Even to the extent of being unprofessional on employees Very high attrition rates, zero actions on feedbacks provided, management has interest only to earn profits out of employees and gives absolutely no importance to employee welfare

Ambiguous top management, weak policies, dependency on single big client, top management obeying to unreasonable expectations from client & employees suffers because of it. No appraisal for 1st year

Since here is only one client which create doubt for the company strong little weak on job security prospect , The systems and process is way to stringent to understand and not been followed make things little more difficult to execute...
