Growth is slow, I have to work 10 to 12 hours but their is no appreciation of my work

I have to look after erection testing commisioning of all the electrical works in building, I have to attend the meeting and to attend the clients, maintain material store,manage all the electrical works and manage the technicians ,supervisors,

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
