1. Provide good career opportunities. 2. Flexible punch in timings (grace period of 15 minutes is provided) & best part about that is they do not put LOP if you punch in bit late. 3. Chill and friendly team leads (Not applicable to all the teams😅). 4. In some of the teams hybrid mode is given

Dislikes

1. Very bad appraisal percentage. 2. Favouritism and partiality within the team. 3. Employees who work hard does not get the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5.They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Deputation will be done only to indian companies (additional allowance will be given but it will not come under your ctc)...Read More

5 day work and providing complementary food.

Dislikes

Worst management Putting more pressure on associates.if work load decreased forcing to take leave. No supports/proper training given To the project. Sense less PL. No technical peoples required here.incappable project lead.
