Capital Small Finance bank provides very good work culture. According to me management should decide that each department should do their job according to their profile such as assets will do asset work and they will pass others leads to another department. This will enhance specialization of job.

Dislikes

Work culture is good and carrier oriented, but job profiles should be specific such as asset team will do assets related task and other leads they will pass to realted persons. Not like that anyone can do anything. There should be specialisation for transparency and leadership quality.

Work Details

Sourcing business from market and my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. It is great learning experience to work with clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
