colleagues are good, but middle and top management are only bothered about promotions. transfer policy for women is good.

Dislikes

Public sector banks in general are not at all good to work, as work life balance is greatly hampered. No realistic targets. Yearly inflation in the country is 8%, whereas these guys give 12 to 13% for every five years - getting pay cut every year if we consider inflation. oohhh boy - accountability is very high- don't know anyone can retire without getting letters and scale downs. forget all Saturdays and sunday - every now and then they'll call you. now a days nobody is taking promotions, because of bad work life balance...Read More
