Staff shortage ,no human ,IT and Infrastructure for doing work.Pay hike as no such,there is no performance incentive for individual ,if you are performer and non performer ,salary will remain the same. Need to work on holidays because normal routine you cannot complete your work. There is no campaign on Compliance part which is essential to run an organization.
