The so called Chief Flow Officer functions in his own flow without any ground level understanding and just a single agenda of BEI irrespective of your revenue generated.Its better to be a non performer and just stick to the parameters if you want to work for this organisation

The only thing I liked about the organization was the opportunities to learn and the Coaching sessions for employees

Dislikes

Unrealistic targets in certain divisions - without proper workforce. Some senior leaders favor only those who suck-up to them. A lot of politics within the system. Inter-Brand competition has gotten so nasty, that some employees, in order to please their bosses, hide things from colleagues. Lack of transparency - Top down - peer topeer - everywhere. Unfair advantage given to employees at the HO - for promotions etc. Senior leadership hide the dirty realities of the group from the MD and cover up everything. Extreme Pressure. You are expected to achieve with zero motivation and unequal resources. Frustrating, monotonous. Favoritism exists.
