Micro management. Over intereference from management in each & everything. No job security. They can ask employees to resign at any time without any specific reason, no matter how well you sincere & disciplined about your work.No matter your performance ,irrespective of that they can ask you to put resign at any time. & if anyone really wants to join this company then be ready to loose & sacrifice your mental peace. I worked here for 5 months from Jan 24 to mid of June 24.In this 5 months I obsereved their is no appreciation or encouragement for good work but the management will pressurize you without specifying the need or expectations of the project & they are doing this things for their own benefit.
