Micromanagement of EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING, but when you bring up actual issues you're facing, you're met with "Sorry, we don't micromanage". Ok then why do we have "daily sheets" where we have to log every single second of work we do throughout the day and we get questioned if we take too long for one task or we didn't "ask for more work" when we had 15 mins free? Bhai make it make sense na. The organisational system is so chaotic, half your work is just having to follow up with 10 different people about 1 simple email. Ek task ke liye das log ka approval lena padega. It's also purely paralegal work. Pakka everyone working there is also thinking ki 5 years ka law degree kyu hi kiya. You don't draft anything during your entire duration here. They outsource all their actual legal work to an office in Bangaluru. All you do is update 99 different Excel sheets and send out 100 emails. But be careful!!! The emails also have a fixed format. Sab kuch keliye format hota hai. And the workplace is so so so so stressful. Har din kisi na kisi vajah ke liye you will be questioned or scolded or yelled at. No one here believes in saying "thank you" or "good job". But people who have worked there for only 6 months longer than you are more than ready to make you cry for a mistake as simple as forgetting to add a space between two words in the subject of a mail. And don't even get me started on the favouritism. And the timings. See, they will tell you ki it's till 6:30. You'll believe it for a while. Then you'll tell yourself it's only a few times a week. Eventually "6:30" is just a suggestion. People give you such horrid looks if you leave on time. The "good practise" is to stay till 9:00. This good practise won't get you any recognition either, don't worry– jo log kehte hai ki "work life balance is not important", they're the ones who will leave the office by 3 PM and be back next day at 10 AM. Their employee turnover rates are also HIGH. There's gossip in the workplace. The fresh hire training is awful. And let's not even get started on the pay (and how many conditions there are to getting your full pay)....Read More

Micromanaging the employees, office politics, partiality between legal department and sales department, Lot of work to be handled by one employee, no insurance or esi, No proper tool to handle work, No respect from management, extended office hours due to heavy work. You will lose your health within 1 month of joining here. There will be no promotion or particular designation, no benefits from management for employees. Toxic work place to work with, you will be get scolded by the management if you do a mistake, due to heavy manual work. Hell - in a word. They will deduct salary if you are late by even 1 minute....Read More
