Anyone can be hired in this company no matter what field you are from just need one thing that you know sales.

Dislikes

Experts from their field not required here even I suggest to not on-board yourself. Frontline are frustrated with this company. Aditya Birla has competition in their internal Companies as Ultratech has waterproofing division, Birla white has putty division so Birla Opus has competition of self. Frontliners are fighting and Asm and upper fools are just enjoying cat fights.
