No nothing because I got disappointed with the work culture of bandhan Bank. My work experience is was to bad while working with bandhan Bank

Not proper organized management most of employee and highly level used do fraud with their customers bandhan Bank is providing customer CASA products account which starts from 5000 but the branch heads and upper level management team leader don't wanna open customer standard account variant which starts from 5000 rupees. The management want to open customer High end account which basically start from( 25000 sb Advantage, 100000 Sb premium band 500000 Sb Elite ) the High and mid level manager don't understand the customer side that's the customer will able to maintain his account or they only think like they want more ip deposit from customer while opening customer account customer is open account any bank for to save his money and bank must help customers to resolve their issue but while I am working with my experience was very bad it's feel I am doing something wrong with customer feeling so guilty while working with such a shameless job to lie with customer and never resolve there issue from Bank we and give the customer excuse that he will get some solution the customer never get any solution from Bank always pay charges that's Bank applies him that's all charges are invalid customer pay those charges because the customer doesn't wanna mess with his civil score I seen many customers having problems with bandhan Bank account there online Banking services are also not working still the open account to save their money but bank is not providing the proper value added services to his customer I seen many more problems in bandhan Bank management if try to say here then organisation management feel guilty so I don't try say to much...Read More
