AuSom Enterprise Limited (AEL), was previously known as Core Emballage Limited (CEL), is a listed company (Listed at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange(NSE),established under the Companies Act, 1956. It was incorporated on 15/02/1984. Which was managed by Sunil Handa Group, till 07/08/2009, on which it was taken over, after complying with the required legal formalities under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997 with other applicable statutes, rules and regulations and guidelines, by Mandalia Group. Before takeover, an industrial undertaking, owned by CEL was demerged, after complying with the required legal formalities and as per the order of Hon. Gujarat High Court, Dt. 12/12/2008. After the CEL was taken over the name of the company was changed to AuSom Enterprise Limited .AuSom Enterprise Limited is managed by a Board of Directors comprising of experienced people in the jewellery trade and also from other relevant areas. The Board of Directors is responsible for all major decisions. The Board of Directors is assisted by a well defined hierarchy comprising of some of the most experienced people in the field of jewellery, precious metals and stones, commodities trading. The Directors have ultimate responsibility for the management and administration of the affairs of the company.
