Dislikes

The organization is very worst and frustrated environment also management is not good. There is no time limit for the work. No worklife balance. Not proper arrangement of drinking water and bathrooms. Saturday and sunday there is extra work. So hectic place to work. In 15 days they give training and give all the responsibility and they require work 100% error free. Even their QA's also don't know what to do further. The company policy's are not good. For starting of courier this type of hectic environment can hamper the mindset and distract further working or doing job. I think that for start of courier also you don't choose this company.
