Toxic work culture. People in mid management are god's. Bow down or get kicked. Don't expect work life balance when it comes to projects. No weekends no peace. If you have been told to get the moon you get it, no questions asked. HR Is a joke, but they are unaware of that. HR is HR, Project Manager or whatever they are told to become. Bunch of losers walking and talking like zombies. Leadership doesn't even know what shit is going down below in the organisation. All is good if you know the word "Yes" and have to use it for everything you are being asked to do.
