Head of the department is an excellent leader, very supportive and encourages young talent. Rapid growth in this division, able to secure new projects in a very short time. Being a young company in this industry with lesser workforce, I have got to interact with many renown people of the industry which may not be possible in big companies. Dislikes

New ideas take a lot of time to become a reality. HR Policies. Appraisals - Increment percentage is way too less (there were no appraisals in 2022) Holidays - being an Indian company there are hardly 8-10 holidays for the entire calendar year. Leaves - Less number of casual and sick leaves unlike similar other companies. No bonus / overtime pay etc.
