ANZ culture is Awesome. Salary wise little poor. Last two years no bonus were given. Es

ANZ is a good company. The team which I had worked had lot of internal and group politics. There were deserving candidates for the roles. But the operation manager, She offered those roles to her ex colleagues who worked with her. I know few staffs who really hard working left because of this manager. They don't change these managers often.
