The top level management is really good. Founders, CEO, and other committee members are really doing good for the company.

Dislikes

Some of the managers are so so so manipulative and think they paid for the disrespect. Especially the RMs and TLs. You cannot paid to disrespect employees or use your power and authority to humiliate. Talking bout the wellness of employees start with the respect.
