Previous leadership was amazing here One of the best leaders we have but now leaders has been change nd there pattern has been changed as well.. so if new leaders have something for you that you will grow for sure but if in case they don’t like you then it will be risky in terms of job security as well.. I am not saying overall Ameriprise culture is like this but yes many of them have this in nature You been judge on how you dress You been judge on how you work even you topping the chart You been judge on every single thing even if that thing hardly matters in office culture You dress code may define how responsible you are!
