Have just become Profit centered from the time FlexAbility has become AMS. The restructuring has caused many people loose their jobs. even the performers are put to dark lights and shown as non performers and has been asked to leave. The culture has changed and not people oriented at all now. They just look at profits. no work life balance. too much of unnecessary pressure building here. Client side performance is ignored completely and only you are held responsible for the decline in the revenue from Client. Lot of imparity in the system.
