- Dedicated employees who persevere despite challenging work environment - Initial promises and company vision may seem enticing to new joiners

Dislikes

1. Leadership and Management Issues - Unpredictable leadership with frequent changes in direction- Micromanagement, especially from the CTO - Manipulative culture using guilt trips and mind games- Poor communication, with constant off-hours messaging - Mismatch between company motto of trust and actual practices 2. Career Growth and Employee Well-being - Limited career progression; unfulfilled promises of full-time positions - Extended internships without clear path to permanent roles - Poor work-life balance; flexible hours more rhetoric than reality - Difficulty taking sick leave without intense scrutiny - Unclear and constantly changing job roles 3. Hiring and Training Process - Lengthy, multi-round interview process even for entry-level positions - Inconsistency between interview promises and actual job roles - Training program quality doesn't match 'best in market' claims 4.
