Absolutely Nothing. The coworkers are sometimes supportive, but the boss himself is a piece of trash.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No appreciation and on top of everything, he doesn't care about his employees or thier commitments. Salary is always late. There was harrasment case that happened and he won't fire the accused and won't tell the new female employee that she needs to be careful around that person. He keeps our lives in jeopardy.
