The people at ASA, end to end experience giving great clientele, various office sub-committees which keep the morale high of the office through various activities

Dislikes

Pay scale could be improved, bi-annual appraisal should be there. You’ve to wait for the end of the year to get the appraisals.

Work Details

Work policy: Depends on department you're working on. Since we assist US / Europe clients, it's completely WFH for us but for Indian audits and tax, it's WFO or Hybrid. from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
