After corona, I have started my BPO journey as an advisor in One Point One. After working 1.5 year I got promoted as a process trainer. And during these phase, I have learnt a lot in this organisation. Work Environment and culture is very good and very welcoming for the new people and lot of opportunities are there for sincere and hard working people.

Office location is not nearest to the metro station

I think 1point1 if somebody will get the opportunity in OPO it will be best bcoz as a fresher people's can fain some experience and they will really know what's the work life balance on cooperate culture so that's why i am giving the importance to as a fresher they can wait for the opportunity until the last end from the joining time but as a experience they can't wait.

there's no any discrepancy from our side every people has some opinions but i will not give any worst feedback which is company reviews will be impact might be it will be boom in another year that okay okay.
