Clinical Nutritionist/ Dietitian - SALES

Role Overview

As a Nutritionist/Dietitian, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process by effectively converting leads into loyal clients. You will use your nutritional expertise to provide tailored solutions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our mission of improving health and well-being.

We are seeking a full-time, remote Nutritionist from any region in India who can also speak Kannada and Telugu apart from English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will have passion for nutrition. She should actively engage in tasks assigned and should have a fertile mind for innovative ideas. 

Beyond personal development, the candidate should be enthusiastic about contributing to the company's growth. While not exclusively a management role, the candidate should be open to leadership responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead Conversions and client consultation
  
• Engage with potential clients through consultations, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored nutritional plans that align with their goals.
• Convert leads into paying clients by showcasing the value of personalized nutrition programs.

• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and adjustments to plans as needed.

• Sales-Driven Approach:
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Educational Outreach:
  
• Conduct workshops, webinars, or community sessions to educate potential clients about nutrition and its benefits.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to attract and nurture leads.
• Educate and train fellow work colleagues from time to time.

• Data Management:
  
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports on lead conversion and client engagement metrics.

Qualifications -

• Education: Bachelor's (or) master's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

• Certification: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a nutrition or dietetics role with proven success in lead conversion or sales.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a similar industry is a plus.

• Skills:
• Strong communication, hard-working, dedicated and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
