Export Logistics - Executive / Senior Executive - Zydus

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Export Logistics team at Zydus Lifesciences Limited. The role involves managing and coordinating the logistics of finished goods for export, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Education:

• Essential: Graduate in any discipline.
• Desirable: Graduate in Commerce / Science.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Export Logistics of a Pharmaceutical Company, with a focus on pre-shipment documentation in the Asia Pacific / Africa Middle East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods with the FG Warehouse.
• Book flights/containers with CHA and prepare pre-shipment documents.
• Inform the market of dispatches and provide shipping documents.
• Prepare post-shipment documents (against LC / Non LC) and enter export data in SAP.
• Check and submit Freight & Transporter Bills to Finance.
• Arrange payments from Finance.
• Follow up for documents/bills with CHA and forward them to the Finance Department within the agreed SLA.
• Handle sample shipments.

The Expertise:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD Module), MIS, MS Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Thorough knowledge of Export Customs & Banking Regulations.

Experience:
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Export Logistics of a Pharmaceutical Company.
