Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Executive Search and Leadership Hiring. The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Technology SAAS Cloud companies and would have experience hiring VPs, Directors, and other strategic talents in Technology, Delivery, Sales and Marketing leadership roles.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Will be working on Senior leadership hiring requirements across the globe in Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Engineering roles.
- Will work individually and will be solely responsible for identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates
- Will partner with our Leadership team in identifying top candidates
- Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities starting from sourcing, screening, Interviewing, negotiating the offer and onboarding the candidate.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Atleast 10 years of deep-dive Executive Search and Leadership head-hunting engagements
- Should have successfully identified and placed functional and business heads for large companies and start-ups across geographies and markets.
- Should have the experience of working with Senior Management
- Should have the ability to assess and evaluate business requirements as well as candidate profiles
- Should be skilled at using various tools of recruitment, have a good eye for talent, and have the superpower to attract skilled candidates.
- Cloud Product Company: We are a Cloud SaaS Company and our products are created by using the latest technologies like ML and AI. Our UI is in Angular and we are developing our mobile apps using React.
