Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in the D2C industry, preferably in health & nutrition or beauty. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across multiple channels to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to maximize ROI through marketing automation, precise budget allocation, ROAS optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Management :
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns for both brand-owned platforms and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and customer acquisition goals.
Optimization and Data Analysis :
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights, driving improvements in targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve user journeys and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Marketing Automation and Budget Allocation :
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign management and reporting.
- Efficiently allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Track spend against targets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align strategies with broader business goals.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to optimize ads and visibility on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
Reporting and Insights :
- Generate regular reports highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing within the D2C industry, with a preference for health & nutrition or beauty sectors.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Strong experience in ROAS optimization, CRO, and budget allocation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
Marketplace Ads : Experience managing ads on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces is a significant advantage.
Other Skills : Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and project management expertise.
