The Media Planning Manager will be responsible for media campaign planning and reporting for EDGE brands including Rascals, MONDAY and Bonkers. Our activity runs across TikTok, The Trade Desk, Meta, Amazon, Walmart and the Google ecosystem. The successful candidate will need to understand our target audiences and their media behaviour to create media plans that best meet the campaign KPIs.
The majority of our activity is across digital channels, so understanding of the digital media landscape is essential to help deliver effective campaigns whilst rationalising our approach. We do use more traditional channels, e.g. OOH, so experience working within the wider media landscape is important.
The role will cover a number of markets, notably across SEA and Europe. The market leads will be in direct contact, discussing local market strategy and requirements. The successful candidate will therefore need to have experience in managing multiple workstreams and managing time effectively to deliver results.
The line manager for this role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand. Building a positive relationship and rapport with them across time zones will be very important.

Produce effective and insightful reporting to surface insight back to the wider business
Lead campaign planning for European and SEA markets
Stakeholder management of European and SEA markets

Evolve our processes and ways of working to ensure we are as efficient as possible
Ensure all financial processes are met to a high standard
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3+ years experience in Digital Marketing or Media
Media planning and buying experience working with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products and TikTok Ads Manager is optimal
Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better
Comfortable sharing opinions in a productive manner
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively
Willingness to take responsibility and accountable for the work of the team
