Job Description
Be the QA/QC reference inside an assigned Scrum Team thus join all the events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
Understand product requirements, and prepare test cases and checklists for validation of the software
Support the Product Owner in the identification of the corner cases and missing requirements
Prepare hand calculation for validation of different structural analysis and design-related modules
Design and execute functional testing on the software product increment, iteratively
Verify iteratively that functionality does not degrade
Detect, document, report, and assess the encountered bugs
Work with the developers to identify which use cases must be automated
Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement
What are we Looking for?
Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized institution
2+ Years of Experience in field of Quality Automation
Good analytical skills, ability to work out creative solutions in a problem-solving environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with less supervision
Good grip on structural modeling tools like - AutoCAD (2D+3D) / Revit (Architecture/Structure) /Tekla / SketchUp (anyone)
Fair grip on the commonly used Structural Analysis software solutions (like - STAAD.Pro , ETABS, etc.)
Excellent historical memory
Knowledge of basic structural analysis and concrete/steel design
Knowledge of programming languages
Experience in software testing in Agile methodology and using tools like TFS/Azure DevOps/Gitlab
