Project Manager (Agile):
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years specifically in Agile project management. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in business analysis, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Agile Methodology Implementation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
  
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards.
  

  Qualifications:
  

  • Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management with at least 3 years in Agile methodologies. Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
    
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master is required; additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP) are preferred.
    
  • Skills:
    
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
      
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
      
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
      

      Preferred Attributes:
      

      • Experience in business analysis or related fields is highly desirable.
        
      • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
        
      • Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall) is a plus.
