Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination:

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project manager and US stakeholders.

Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues or delays.

Team Leadership and Support:

Support the project manager in leading project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.

Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate communication among team members.

Motivate team members to achieve project goals

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.

Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives .

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues to the project manager as needed.

Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.

Conduct reviews and testing to verify functionality and usability.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Budget and Resource Management:

Support the project manager in tracking project expenses and managing budgets.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within project management practices.

Contribute to lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management.

Qualifications , Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Technical skills requirements:

4 to 6 years of total work experience

Bachelor s or master s degree, preferably Commerce or Business management

Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment.

Project management Project management methodologies with special focus on Agile

Effective communication skills - both written and oral

Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities

Flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.

Proficient in MS office (Power point, Word, Excel) , Power BI (basics)

Global collaboration across the world, time zones, cultures, languages
