Roles And Responsibilities :

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and machinery used in the Pharma Formulation process.
• Responsible for all the breakdowns maintenance from Engineering side in process areas Equipment's.
• Responsible to carryout Preventive Maintenance activity as per Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization .
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and machinery. Responsible to co-ordinate with other departments & to monitor for the effective implementation of CAPA.
• Responsible for any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior/HOD from time to time.
• Responsible for Regulatory Audits.

Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • 8 to 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry• Strong knowledge of Pharma Formulation processes and equipment • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
