Job Title: Payroll Processing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Processing Specialist to manage and execute payroll operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, reimbursement management (including travel and other reimbursements), PF and ESIC calculations, and tax computations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees on a timely basis, ensuring accurate deductions and benefits.
• Handle travel and other reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Calculate and ensure accurate Provident Fund (PF) and Employees State Insurance (ESIC) contributions.
• Perform tax calculations (TDS, income tax) in accordance with legal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records and assist in generating reports.
• Resolve any payroll-related queries from employees, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to payroll and taxation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and related activities.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, tax calculations, and reimbursements.
• Familiarity with payroll software and Excel.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
