Responsibilities.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our Customer Success team.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Services, you'll be responsible for:.

Experience assisting customers through chat and email support concerning scheduled changes, upgrades and migrations..

You will create customer engagements following the project(s) assigned..

You will maintain the balance between the customer's requirements and business..

Maintain and share daily progress report..

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications).

Must be driver and, motivated.

Excellent customer service skills.
