Job Overview :

As a Zoho Developer specializing in Zoho People, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications, particularly focusing on the Zoho People module. You will work closely with various departments to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Zoho People applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.

- Customize modules and workflows within Zoho People to enhance HR processes.

- Integrate Zoho People with other Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs.

- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho People and related applications.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Zoho technologies and best practices.

- Create and maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer, with a focus on Zoho People.

- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho products.

- Strong experience with API integrations and RESTful services.

- Excellent understanding of HR workflows and processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
