We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and engage with our community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, proficiency in social media management, and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and informative content tailored to our services, including GP consultations, health assessments, and diagnostic tests etc.
Write compelling scripts for video content and provide guidance on relevant healthcare topics.
Utilise tools such as Canva and Photoshop to produce high-quality visuals that reflect our brand identity.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
Plan, schedule and publish newsletters using MailChimp.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
Brand Development:
Collaborate with the team and director to align content with the clinicgoals and mission.
Stay up to date with current health trends and awareness days in the UK to create timely and relevant content.
Leverage LinkedIn to expand our professional network and enhance our brand presence.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyse, and report on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and best practices for brand development.
Ability to analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
