Job Overview :
As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to meet our clients' specific business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementation.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing for developed modules.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Odoo functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
- Participate in planning and executing software upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong understanding of its framework and modules.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills :
- Experience in developing custom modules in Odoo.
- Knowledge of Odoo's core functionalities, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.
- Understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
