Assist in operational execution to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Ensure all bookings, payments, deposits, and prepayments are accurately processed and verified.
Monitor and manage trip allocations & availability while maintaining operational efficiency.
Follow up on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests while optimizing seat utilization and revenue.
Develop and maintain long-term, commercially beneficial relationships with customers and travel partners.
Stay updated with travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer preferences.
