We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Operation Executive to join our team. In this position, s/he will be responsible for overseeing the entire process. Managing daily operations is another key role for the executive. The goal here is to mitigate operational errors daily to continue driving processes forward.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service and technical support to current and potential customers of Formac s product suite via telephone, remote dial-up connections and email.
Give Webex and online presentations, help in onboarding Product customers.
Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement Formac s products
Solid understanding of products limits and suggesting ways of improving the product.
Interacting with clients to understand the issue and debug it in a production environment, if required
Working on client cases and custom development
Upgrading the clients to the latest version of application
Communicating with clients on a day to day basis
Handling performance or application issues.

Exceptional communication both oral and written
Quick Learner
Strong analysis capability, should understand the big picture and write down the base level elements clearly to meet the big picture.
