Blue Yonder Consultant (3-6 yrs)

Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blue Yonder Solutions Architect/Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Blue Yonder solutions across various domains, including supply chain, warehouse management, and other key areas.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Blue Yonder solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Oversee the migration of Blue Yonder solutions to cloud environments (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) and provide robust on-premises support.

- Design and execute comprehensive application testing procedures, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Proactively monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and ensure optimal application stability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, stakeholders) to design and develop high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of critical system and application issues.

- Ensure effective license management, compliance, and optimization of Blue Yonder applications to maximize return on investment.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate technical information, address challenges, and deliver successful projects.

- Support upgrades, patches, and version migrations for Blue Yonder applications to maintain a secure and up-to-date environment.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions, including successful implementation and support projects.

- Proven expertise in migrating Blue Yonder solutions to cloud platforms and managing on-premises infrastructure.

- Strong foundation in application design, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies within the Blue Yonder ecosystem.

- In-depth knowledge of system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance and stability.

- Proven ability to perform performance tuning, effectively resolve issues, and implement robust troubleshooting strategies.

- Experience with license management best practices, ensuring compliance and optimizing resource utilization.
