Key responsibilities :
- Designing, developing, and implementing Actimize solutions to meet AML program requirements.
- Customizing Actimize models and configurations to align with business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Actimize solutions.
- Performing Actimize configuration and development activities, including data model modifications and code enhancements.
- Testing Actimize solutions and implementing fixes to address any issues or bugs.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Actimize-related problems.
- Developing and maintaining Actimize documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
- Participating in the integration of Actimize with other systems and applications.
- Performing performance tuning and optimization of Actimize solutions.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in Actimize development.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Actimize development processes and standards.
- Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements in all Actimize development activities.
- Participating in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address their Actimize-related needs and concerns.-
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Actimize Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Actimize development tools, such as RCM, AIS, IFM, and DART.
- Expertise in SQL and database concepts, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Proficiency in Java programming for customizing Actimize models and implementing enhancements.
- Thorough understanding of AML concepts and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and integrating Actimize solutions within a financial services environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Actimize solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot Actimize-related issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant Actimize certifications or training programs will be a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and best practices in software development.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality Actimize solutions
